Faulty or Defective Products

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law if a product:

• Is faulty or defective
• Is unsafe
• Is significantly different from its description

Change of Mind Returns

J&J ROO offers a 7-day change-of-mind return period for eligible products.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

• The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused and in its original, saleable condition.
• The original packaging and box must be unopened and undamaged.
• A 15% restocking fee will apply to approved change-of-mind refunds or exchanges.
• The customer is responsible for any return delivery, collection or transportation costs associated with a change-of-mind return.
• Products that have been opened, assembled, used, damaged or are otherwise not in a saleable condition may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.

Australian Consumer Law

This change-of-mind policy does not affect or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Consumer guarantees apply separately to products that are faulty, defective, unsafe, not fit for purpose, do not match their description, or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of the ACL.

Where a product has a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law, the above change-of-mind conditions, including the 15% restocking fee and original packaging requirements, will not apply where they would limit your legal rights.

Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on used fitness equipment, mats, or accessories.
