Terms of Service
Please read these terms before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by J&J Roo Fitness, of Unit 8/79 Williamson Road, Ingleburn NSW 2565 (ABN 68 692 654 658). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that entity, and “you” means the person placing the order.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation, or when we dispatch the goods, whichever happens first.
We may decline or cancel an order — and will refund you in full if we do — where the item is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we cannot verify your payment or delivery details.
3. Prices and GST
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted. Delivery is charged separately and is calculated at checkout.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout. We do not currently offer finance or buy-now-pay-later. Title in the goods stays with us until we have received payment in full.
5. Delivery and Click & Collect
We ship Australia-wide. Freight is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size and weight of your order. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.
Click and Collect is available from our Ingleburn store once you receive confirmation that your order is ready. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your nominated address, or on collection.

6. Home use rating and commercial use
Our products are designed and rated for home use only unless we have confirmed otherwise in writing. Commercial use — including in a fitness facility, studio, school, club or workplace — is not permitted by default and requires our prior written approval. Using home-rated equipment commercially voids the warranty.
7. Assembly, load ratings and safe use
Most products require self-assembly. You are responsible for assembling equipment correctly and safely, and we recommend professional installation for heavy equipment.
Every product has a stated load rating. You must ensure the combined weight of the user, barbell, plates and accessories never exceeds it. Exceeding a load rating is unsafe and is not covered by the warranty.
8. Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults and defects under normal home use. Exclusions and the claim process are set out in our Warranty policy. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Returns
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product on unused items in their original, unopened and undamaged packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to approved change-of-mind refunds or exchanges, and return delivery, collection or transportation costs are your responsibility. These conditions do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
10. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
11. Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 10, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent, repairing it, or paying the cost of doing so. We are not liable for injury or damage arising from incorrect assembly, misuse, exceeding a load rating, or use in a setting we have not approved.
12. Website content
All content on this site — text, images, logos and product descriptions — is owned by us or our suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission. Product photographs are indicative; specifications may change and colours may vary slightly from your screen.
13. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
